In the event of a significant business interruption, Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp has policies and procedures in place to ensure successful resumption and continuation of operations in the event of a disaster.
Our Business Continuity Plan addresses a variety of disaster scenarios, including proper planning and alternate procedures in the event of business interruption. Key personnel have been assigned specific tasks and responsibilities in order to properly deal with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Included in these areas of responsibility are the recovery of KRMT’s IT infrastructure and application systems. Redundant servers and services have been physically located in an offsite facility designed to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. This location has state of the art security, HVAC & smoke detection, waterless fire suppression system and a fully redundant UPS and generator power system.
This is just one example of the detail and thought that we have put into designing our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. We will continue to monitor and enhance the entire plan on a regular basis.
Our goal is to ensure the safety of our staff, the security of your data and the ability to provide quality services to you, our client, in a manner consistent with established expectations regardless of the physical challenges our office may face.
