Benefits


KRMT offers a comprehensive series of customizable benefits to reward you for your hard work and dedication to KRMT and our clients. All employees are eligible to participate in a Bonus Program offering incentives for any new clients and new team members that are brought to the firm.

Insurance
KRMT provides the following:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-term and Long-term Disability

Paid Time Off
You accrue a minimum of 20 days per year (pro-rated based on your start date) of combined vacation, illness and personal time. If you are hired at a manager level or above, you accrue 25 days per year (pro-rated based on your start date).

Paid Holidays
In addition to Paid Time Off, KRMT provides employees with eight paid holidays each year.

Flexible Spending Accounts
The FSA allows eligible employees to pay for specific health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Retirement Benefits
Eligible employees (21 years of age and one hour of service) can defer a portion of their income to a 401K plan. The plan provides a match to the amount determined by employees.

Continuing Education
KRMT conducts a broad range of excellent in-house continuing professional education courses (CPE). In addition to in-house CPE, our staff participates in national education programs. KRMT provides full reimbursement for the time needed to sit for the CPA exam as well as related exam fees and partial reimbursement of exam preparatory materials. We also provide a bonus for the successful completion of the CPA exam.
