Tom received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida. He spent the next three years with the assurance division of Arthur Andersen, LLP in the Tampa office. Tom has significant experience in all aspects of audit, review and compilation services, has served domestic and foreign publicly traded companies, and is well versed in SEC reporting issues.

Tom’s relevant industry experience includes manufacturing, print and web publishing, distribution, professional services, real estate, and construction. He also has extensive knowledge of the reporting requirements of employee benefit plans.
