Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Accountancy Degrees from the University of Florida. He has over twenty years of experience in public accounting, eight of which were with Ernst & Young, LLP in Tampa. Steve is experienced with providing value-added tax consulting and compliance services including selection of business entities, analysis of income tax methods, and entity reorganizations and liquidations. Steve has extensive experience with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue, including the preparation of private letter rulings and Technical Assistance Advisement requests.

Steve, a Certified Financial Planner™, assists clients in developing short- and long-term plans for pre- and post-retirement options, educational funding alternatives, and other wealth accumulation and income/estate tax saving plans.

Steve’s industry experience includes real estate investment, development and construction, automotive, professional service firms and high-wealth individuals. He has presented continuing professional education seminars to professional organizations including the Florida Institute of CPA’s.
