Robert received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. His relative industry experience includes work with automotive, retail, distribution, manufacturing, real estate development, and construction entities as well as, professional service firms and high-wealth individuals. As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Robert has played a lead role in numerous business valuation, litigation support and forensic service engagements including matters related to family law, business damages, buy-sell agreements, shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax matters, business acquisitions/disposals and breach of contract disputes. Robert also has experience providing expert witness testimony in these engagements.
In addition, Robert has experience in the preparation and review of various federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, employee benefit plans, estates, and trusts. He has coordinated consulting projects dealing with a full range of tax matters including the tax implications of corporate formation, reorganizations and liquidations, multi-state income tax planning strategies, tax planning for S corporations and their shareholders and partnership and limited liability company issues. Robert has also represented taxpayers in Internal Revenue Service field examinations.
