Laura received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting Degree from Pace University in New York City and a Masters of Science in Taxation Degree from the University of Central Florida. She has over 17 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Her experience in public accounting includes three years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Laura has been providing tax compliance and consulting services on a full range of tax issues. In addition to traditional tax engagements, her experience includes specific experience in multi-state issues, international tax services and working with public/SEC clients. She specializes in organizational and transactional planning for state, local and international issues.

Her relevant industry experience includes extensive work with manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate. Her extensive international expertise includes assistance with both inbound and outbound transactions and structural planning. Additionally, Laura has provided specialized consulting and compliance assistance relating to foreign captive insurance corporations. She has presented international and state and local tax planning strategies for manufacturers to various groups.
