John received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. His experience includes the preparation of various federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. John has coordinated consulting projects dealing with a full range of issues, including the tax implications of corporate formation, reorganization and liquidation, multi-state income tax planning strategies, tax planning for S corporations and shareholders, partnership and limited liability company operations and liquidation planning, and pre- and post-mortem estate planning. He also has experience in representing clients during Internal Revenue Service and Florida Department of Revenue field audits, along with coordinating the field examinations. John has provided expert witness testimony for litigation support engagements.

John’s relative industry experience includes automotive, retailing and manufacturing, real estate development and construction, timber, restaurant, waste management, professional service firms, and high-wealth individuals.
