Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, St. Petersburg Young Professionals and the Ohio Society of CPAs.

She and her husband, Richard, live in Clearwater.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. She began her career in public accounting with KPMG LLP in Cleveland, Ohio and joined Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp, P.A. in January 2004.

Her industry experience includes automotive, distributing, manufacturing, real estate development, restaurant, and high wealth individuals. Special areas of experience include entity selection alternatives, formation and liquidation of partnerships and S corporations, corporate mergers and acquisitions, selection of tax accounting methods for business enterprises, Domestic Production Activities Deduction, and multi-state income tax apportionment.
