Jack received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 1981. He spent ten years with KPMG LLP, where he worked extensively in the tax and estate planning area. His experience also includes a full range of tax issues, including merger/acquisition, corporate reorganization, multi-state tax planning, S corporations, partnerships, LLC consulting, entity formation, and estate tax planning. Jack has extensive experience with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue, including preparation of private letter ruling and Technical Assistance Advisement requests. He has also testified before the U.S. Tax Court. He holds the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) designations related to his work in the valuation practice.

Jack's industry experience includes automotive, retailing, manufacturing, real estate development and construction, professional service firms, and high-wealth individuals. He has also spoken before numerous groups on various tax matters.
