Chris received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Frankin Pierce University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from St. John’s University. He has over twenty years of experience in public, private and government accounting including seven years with the international accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, as well as considerable experience as a revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Chris possesses substantial experience working with both public and privately held businesses in addressing and implementing tax planning strategies including tax accounting method changes, business formations, reorganizations and entity selection. Chris has also successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue.
Chris’ relevant industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution entities, professional services firms, retail companies, sports teams, real estate and high net worth individuals and families.
