Chip received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Upon graduation he joined KPMG where he was promoted to partner and later became the partner-in-charge of the governmental and not-for-profit practice of KPMG’s north Florida offices. In this role, he helped the practice grow into one of the largest governmental and not-for-profit practices in the State of Florida.
Chip has over thirty five years of audit and accounting experience where his focus has been primarily on serving not-for-profit and governmental clients. His extensive experience includes primary and concurring review partner responsibilities on audits of almost all of the major cities and counties in the State of Florida, as well as primary partner responsibilities for over thirty different not-for-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area.
