Andy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He also serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School.

He and his wife, Caryn, live in Tampa with their three children.

Andy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He spent the next eleven years with KPMG LLP in both Philadelphia and Tampa. Today Andy’s expertise extends to all aspects of audit, review, compilation, business advisory, and business valuation services. In addition, Andy has taught national training courses and directed office personnel recruiting efforts.

His extensive industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution, automotive dealerships, transportation, legal, real estate development, and construction. Andy also has extensive knowledge of the reporting requirements of employee benefit plans and oversees the audits of a significant number of defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
