ST. PETERSBURG – May 7, 2007 – As part of the firm’s commitment to Continuous Improvement, Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp, P.A. (KRMT) invited some of their clients to participate in a group discussion, facilitated by a third party. The purpose of the discussion was to gain a better understanding of client expectations regarding service delivery as well as to identify opportunities where service can be improved. This event is part of an ongoing process that KRMT has started, and will continue, as the firm looks at all aspects of client service, and improving client relationships.
“We have worked with a majority of our clients for many years and have developed close working relationships with them,” said Bill Tapp, Managing Shareholder, “but we want to make sure that we really take the time to stop and listen to both our long-term and our newer clients. We want them to know that we are addressing everything that they expect and need from us. We do not want to just assume that we are meeting all of their needs. We really want to know so that we can improve.”
