ST. PETERSBURG - For the fifth consecutive year, Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp, P.A. (KRMT) has been nominated as one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay. Voted on by employees of the firm, the award recognizes KRMT’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and firm culture.
This year there are sixty companies named as finalists. They are broken down into four categories ranked by size, Nearly Big, Big, Bigger and Biggest. KRMT is in the Bigger category (51 to 100 employees). Being selected once again as a finalist is recognition of the quality of KRMT’s benefits, interactive programs, team member evaluations, mentoring process and a firm culture that stands out in a crowd.
