Linda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University. Linda has spent more than twenty-five years in public accounting including experience with both KPMG and Deloitte. Her client service experience includes consultation for publicly- and privately-held clients regarding optimal business structuring, FAS109, FIN48, and consultation regarding minimization of tax liabilities on business reorganizations, dispositions and acquisitions. She has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and has experience successfully negotiating tax settlements.
Linda’s industry experience includes manufacturing, retail and distribution businesses, as well as financial services and high-wealth individuals. As a shareholder, she will continue to focus on client service and practice development. She is a member of the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, as well as past-chair of the Board of Directors of The Children’s Home.
