(KRMT) was an invited speaker at the annual Accounting Firm Leadership Forum, held December 14 – 15, 2006, in Orlando, FL. Tapp presented “How to Transform a Firm’s Governance and Compensation as it Grows,” using KRMT’s background, current structure and future challenges as the model for his comments. Managing partners and other firm leaders from across the country gathered to attend this program. The goal of the forum was to provide updates and resources to participants in terms of current trends and best practices in the area of firm leadership and management. Tapp also participated as a speaker at the AICPA’s “Accounting Firm Compensation Forum” in New York City this past summer.
